1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern all purchases at smart-keys.shop (the “Store”). The Store is operated by Smart Keys, email support@smart-keys.shop (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Products
The Store sells digital products: software license keys and subscriptions. Each product page describes the edition, the number of devices or users, the license term, the delivery method and the system requirements. Product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products. The Store is an independent seller and is not affiliated with the software manufacturers.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are set in US dollars. Prices in other currencies are shown for convenience and are calculated at the current exchange rate; the final amount is shown at checkout. Payment is accepted by the methods offered at checkout (bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency, where available). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card details. An order is accepted once the payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, usually within 15-60 minutes and no later than 24 hours after payment, as described in our Shipping Policy. Please make sure your email address is correct.
5. Activation and support
Before buying, please check that the product is compatible with your device and operating system. Activation instructions are included with every order. Our support team helps with installation and activation free of charge.
6. Refunds and replacement
If a key does not activate and cannot be replaced, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Permitted use
Products are sold for the buyer’s own use. Reselling keys bought in the Store is not allowed without our written consent. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent orders or payments.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as data loss or lost profits.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We aim to resolve any complaint amicably; please contact us first at support@smart-keys.shop. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your order applies to that order.
