How to Activate

Windows 10 / 11

1. Open Settings → System → Activation.
2. Click Change product key.
3. Enter the 25-character key from our email and click Next.
4. Keep the PC connected to the internet until you see “Windows is activated”.

Tip: to move from Home to Pro, enter the Pro key in the same window, Windows will upgrade automatically.

Office 2013-2024 for Windows

1. Download the installer from the link in our email and install Office.
2. Open Word or Excel, go to File → Account → Change Product Key.
3. Enter your key and follow the instructions.

Microsoft 365

Personal: sign in at office.com with the account details from our email. Family: open the invitation email, click Accept and sign in with your own Microsoft account.
