All products sold at smart-keys.shop are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and delivery is free of charge.
1. How you receive your order
After your payment is confirmed, we send the license key (or subscription details) together with step-by-step activation instructions to the email address you entered at checkout.
2. Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 15-60 minutes after payment. In rare cases, for example when a payment needs additional verification, it can take up to 24 hours. If your order has not arrived within 24 hours, please contact us and we will resolve it right away.
3. Shipping cost
There are no shipping fees. The price shown at checkout is the full price of your order.
4. Did not receive your email?
Please check your Spam or Promotions folder first. If the email is not there, write to support@smart-keys.shop with your order number, and we will resend it.
